Blah blah blah blah blah blah. This is how you make your own question of the day prompt. Thanks to Anil for demonstrating how this can be done on his own blog.

I love getting new neighbors and finding new contacts on Vox but I'm having a hard time managing the process. Like this email for example:
Dear Kathryn,
You've been added to Adam's neighborhood on Vox!
First off, there needs to be a way to turn the notifications off, and I'm sure that's coming since so many people have complained they were annoyed by the barrage of email notifications.
But my complaint is: I know a bunch of different guys named Adam. How am I supposed to figure out which Adam this is? A simple solution might be to add a last initial or add the email address:
Dear Kathryn,
Messy, but at least I have some context as to which Adam this is. The bonus pony feature might be:You've been added to Adam K.'s (adam@sliceny.com) neighborhood on Vox!
Dear Kathryn,
Of course, all of this might be coming in the near future and I have no way to tell. You've been added to Adam K.'s (adam@sliceny.com) neighborhood on Vox!
Some of the neighbors you have in common are Alaina, Janelle, and Dan. See more neighbors:

The other big thing is that there's no way to tell who is official 6A staff on the blog pages. Some folks have their @sixapart.com email addresses as their contact information, but not everybody does. And some people put it in their bio page, but you have to click through to their profile to see it. I wish there was some automatic identifier, like how Flickr staff have a tiny "staff" icon next to their names whenever they participate in a forum conversation. It's really disconcerting to be involved in a conversation about Vox and have 6A staff pop in without identifying themselves clearly. This hasn't happened to me, but I've seen it in action. Full disclosure, you know?
Because Vox's logo is in all capital letters, I've noticed some people have begun referring to the service as "VOX."
Examples:
- Does anyone know what the limit on photo uploads for VOX?
- So basically VOX just introduced integration with iStock photo...
So now I have a super private VOX blog thingie. Which is nice.
Referring to it as VOX makes it sound like some horrible disease or a fifty story robotic monster to my ears. Or maybe a fifty story robotic monster with a horrible disease.
Is it just me or does this cityscape look really....off?
I'm having a hard time mentally picturing viewing the Brooklyn Bridge from that angle, and seeing Midtown Manhattan right next to it. The bridge looks kinda pasted on awkwardly, without a smooth transition to the buildings.
Also the porportions of the ESB and Chrysler Building seem a little wonky as well. The Chrysler building is shorter than the Empire State Building.
Anil, where are you? Fix it! Fix it!
